Description
The Barefoot Love Course was designed by Davis Love III and is the most celebrated on the Barefoot complex. The Love course incorporates the recreated ruins of an old plantation and features generous landing areas and complex greens. Love, who is a Carolina native, draws inspiration from Pinehurst #2 in this par 72 course that plays over 7,000 yards from the back tees. Golf Digest voted the Barefoot Love course #53 on "America's 100 Greatest Public Golf Courses," #1 on "Top 50 Courses of Myrtle Beach," and has received a 4 star rating.
